The principal aim of our school is to educate truly bilingual children in a happy, caring and intellectually stimulating environment.

To this end, we place an emphasis on forging an excellent relationship between the children and their teachers and between the children themselves across all year groups as we believe this has a positive impact on their personal and academic development.

We strongly believe in academic rigor and strive to develop a genuine love of learning, effort and achievement that will stay with our pupils as they progress through school. Our ambitious bilingual curriculum by its very nature requires that our staff and pupils be organised, focused and pursue the highest of standards and we strive to promote these good learning habits in our pupils from a young age so that they become natural to them. Our children quickly become resilient learners who respond well to challenges and aspire to reach their full potential.

We work hard to foster the confidence of each child and their ability to work independently as well as within a group. Children are encouraged to be inquisitive, think for themselves and to actively participate in class in front of their peers and teachers. Small groups and one to one sessions are used to tailor our teaching programme to each individual child.

We believe our homely and culturally vibrant environment is a wonderful place for children to spend the magical years of primary school and enables them to flourish and grow into confident, articulate, caring and emotionally intelligent young people.
